Projects

Real time Vegetable Image Prediction

Developed a real-time vegetable image classification app using CNNs and transfer learning with pre-trained VGG-16 and ResNet models.
Built and deployed a full-stack web app with ReactJS on the front end and Flask API on the backend, integrating the trained models for real-time vegetable classification on GCP.

Aspect-based Hotel Recommendation system

Extracted Noun-Adjective pairs from 515k hotel reviews using pre-trained models, and clustered similar nouns to generate aspects for personalized reviews.
Developed a recommendation system that directs users to hotels based on their chosen preferences, after computing sentiment of reviews across each aspect for 1267 hotels utilizing customized weights with TextBlob.

Wordle Game

Developed a custom word-guessing game with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, integrating APIs for word validation and game logic.
Designed and implemented a responsive game interface with a focus on user experience, ensuring a seamless and intuitive gameplay for the users.

Quora Insincere Questions Classifications

Achieved 0.67 F1-score using RNN architecture built in Pytorch from scratch.
Experimented with different architectures (CNN, LSTM), word embeddings (GloVe), and methods like batch norm, and differential learning rates to improve model performance.
